Traveling 3/4 shimmies on the down, layered over mayas and twists! Add footwork patterns, turns, some torso isolations, lots of drills and a fun combo, and you have a great workout, a technique overhaul, and lots of fun. Join me for this intermediate/advanced tribal fusion belly dance class focusing on traveling shimmies, footwork, layers, and grace. Suggested to take PART 1 first.
