Sara's Sequence: A Neck & Shoulder Opening Dance Therapeutics Practice
Use this Yoga-based practice to unlock tight neck and shoulders, preparing the body for dance. Reduce tightness and experience more ease of motion, as we take a full-body, dance therapeutics, integrative fascial approach to unwinding the neck and shoulders and their surrounding structures along their kinetic chains, as they connect in to the torso and hips. Experience a deeper unlocking of the body, in a more efficient time frame with this sequence. This practice was inspired by one of my lovely students, Sara, requesting a neck/shoulders warm up specifically for Iraqi dance hair flipping. *All levels.
