Core Sculpt Part 2 - Time to Dance:
Now that you've chiseled and refined your muscular layers of your core through mat practices in Part 1, it's time to dance! This class is a low impact cardio, core-kicking half hour of fun, with tribal fusion belly dance technique drills,and standing core muscular isolation dance drills, to deeply sculpt, tone, and strengthen the various muscles of your core specific for belly dance.
Suggested to complete Core Sculpt Part 1, mat practices, before doing this class.
